A thought I have: artworks are prayers to connection.
In my painting, I have this process I call “Landscapification”—where the body is treated not just as a figure, but also as a landscape in its own right, integrating with wider, larger landscapes. Topographies, territories of form, feeling and more.
I think a new poem, *Good evening*, is a version of that, but with words instead of pigment and oil. It takes feeling, a deep resonance with sadness, and maps it to a shared landscape between three points: the self, the machine(s), and you.
